Supplier application

Tell us about your products, your practices, and what you want our community to know. The more transparent you are, the easier it is for us to champion your work. Plan ~15 minutes.

One-time $150 listing fee — waived for 2026 applicants.

Opening a stall normally carries a one-time $150 listing fee covering onboarding and your verification review. As a founding-year supplier, yours is waived in full — you pay nothing up front and only pay commission when you sell.

1. Contact & business basics

2. What you make or grow

3. Chemicals, sprays & inputs

4. Practices & freshness

5. Trust & community

6. Practice self-attestation (sets your commission tier)

Your tier reflects how safely and sustainably you produce — never how much certification you can afford. Answer honestly; anything you mark "fully" should be something a site visit or peer reference could confirm.

Estimate only. Final tier is confirmed once your chosen verification pathway is complete.

7. How would you like to verify? (pick one)

Upload certificates, lab results, signed peer attestation letters, or photos of your farm, kitchen, or workshop. Optional for every pathway — up to 12 files, 10MB each.

9. Two vendor references

Modeled on Certified Naturally Grown's peer review: two vendors who know your operation (ideally one at the same market) co-sign your attestation. Required if you chose peer attestation — welcome either way.
