A Runner walks the stalls for households that can't make it — elders, night-shift workers, new parents. You shop the pre-order list at market prices with no markup, pack it, and hand it off. The delivery fee is yours.
Virtual Shop-Along + headless shopping
You shop the stalls for neighbors who aren't there, and you also take live Shop-Along video calls so members can walk the market with you, pick what looks good, and hear the vendor's story.
Headless shopping only
You shop the pre-order list quietly, pack it, and hand it off. No live video calls.
